ESI London, the world's biggest esports and video game industry festival, returned in 2023 to BOXPARK, Wembley. Featuring our signature content and good vibes, we strived to make this edition even better than previous years; with two tracks of panels, workshops and presentations, three exciting sub-events and a bunch of F&B options, ESI London 2023 leads the way in the industry focused events space.
Featuring the inaugural editions of Checkpoint and ESI Film Festival, and the return of The Clutch.
Agenda
With our events we provide both attendees and partners with a designed agenda based on our event design theme, ESI London is no different. We produced an agenda that provides information for both content tracks, workshop sign ups, key speakers as well as info ads for our accompanying events.
Sales Deck
As part of our events, we produce a sales deck for potential partners to view to get an overview of the event, events history, reach, and sponsorship packages.
Newsletter Graphics
In preparation for our event, we communicate with our audience through newsletters tailored to those who have registered interest, attended previous events, and purchased tickets. Our newsletters cover a wide range of topics, including agenda tracks, speaker announcements, and event survival guides.
We take pride in creating captivating header images that highlight our event branding, with some featuring animations and others offering a greater sneak peek into the content.
